Field Operations Specialist (FOS)

Location: Noida, East Delhi, Ghaziabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily field operations across Noida, East Delhi, and Ghaziabad.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and service-level agreements.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate field data, reports, and attendance records.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline field workflows and reduce delays.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Performance Metrics

  • Timely completion of field tasks and assignments.
  • Accuracy and quality of field data and reporting.
  • Efficiency in issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: No formal qualification required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in field operations or coordination roles preferred (training will be provided).
  • Field Knowledge: Strong understanding of field operations and coordination processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve operational challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, schedules, and routes efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: Committed to delivering high-quality, customer-centric service.

Working Conditions

  • Combination of field and office work; regular travel across Noida, East Delhi, and Ghaziabad.
  • May occasionally require after-hours coordination for critical operations or emergencies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives.
  • PF/ESI and other statutory benefits as applicable.
  • Additional benefits as per organizational guidelines.
